1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if there is a quality issue, wrong product, or damaged delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products once opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please:

- Share clear photos/videos showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).
- Wait for our team to verify and approve your request.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 09–15 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacements
- If you prefer, we can replace the defective or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund.
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
5. Exceptions
- Customized or specially ordered products cannot be returned.
- Any delays or issues caused by incorrect handling, storage, or use of the product by the customer are not covered.
6. Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, quality issue, or damage), we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.
- If the return is for other reasons, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
